Stomach Fat Problems – Importance of Losing Stomach Fat

However, once they reach menopause, women also start to store their excess fat in the belly, most probably as a result of lower levels of estrogen. The excess stomach fat in return is believed to be related to higher risks of breast cancer, as well as several other types of cancer.
